- Does your team charge for quotes?
Absolutely not! With Wafer Painting, all quotes and estimates are 100% free.
- How will Wafer Painting prepare my home during the project?
Our team takes care of protecting your furniture, fixtures, and floor coverings with protective sheeting. We move everything into the middle of the room for you, and once we’re done the job, we move all items back to where we found them. For exterior projects, shrubs and exterior sections will be covered.
- How do I prepare my home for painting?
We like to keep it easy for our customers. For your home interior, all that we ask you to remove is small and easily breakable items like window treatments, curtains, antiques, and baubles.
- What are your hours of operation?
All Wafer Painting teams work Monday to Friday from 7:00am – 5:30pm. We're happy to accommodate flexible hours for projects over a certain size; just ask us!
- Do I need to be home while you are working on my interior/exterior?
We welcome you to remain in your space if that is your comfort level, but we do not require you to be there while our team paints your space. We communicate with all our customers on a regular basis regardless of whether they are present in the home during the painting process.
- Do you require a deposit for work?
For projects over a certain size, we do require a deposit prior to beginning the job. All of our deposits are reasonable & fairly priced, and they go towards completing your painting requirements.
